I am an Assistant Professor at SUNY Plattsburgh specializing in operations research, business analytics, and data-driven decision-making under uncertainty. My work combines stochastic optimization, simulation, and predictive modeling to support complex decisions in public, environmental, and organizational systems.

I completed my PhD in Industrial Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology under the supervision of Dr. Esra Buyuktahtakin Toy. My dissertation focused on multistage stochastic optimization and reinforcement learning models for invasive species management and epidemic control planning.

In teaching, I emphasize practical analytics and reproducible methods that students can apply immediately in industry and research. I also mentor student projects that connect statistical and optimization tools to real-world decision problems. I am always open to collaborations on high-impact research and applied analytics projects.
